Welcome to the BCS Summer Reading 2017 website! You'll notice the tabs at the top of this page that direct you to lists for your particular grade. Please feel free to browse all the lists and make choices that feel right for your reading level and that sound interesting to you.
A lot of these titles appear on the Brooklyn Public Library Summer Reading lists as well, which should almost guarantee their availability. You may also find audio book editions of these titles in the Brooklyn Public Library catalog that you can download onto your personal device. You will also find A LOT of these books on the FREE eBook app, Open eBooks.
We encourage you to check out Brooklyn Public Library's Build a Better World Summer Reading website. They have lots of free programs and events for all ages throughout the summer.
